  • Not a substitute for professional care

3. Membership and Subscription Terms

By enrolling in a paid membership, you agree to:

  • Pay the stated subscription fee

  • Automatic recurring billing unless canceled

  • Cancel prior to your billing date to avoid renewal charges

Membership may include access to:

  • Digital resources and worksheets

  • Community discussions

  • Teaching and devotional content

We reserve the right to update pricing or modify offerings with reasonable notice.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of all products and immediate access to materials:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds will be issued for memberships or digital products

If you experience technical issues, please contact us for assistance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Complement & Complete is the exclusive property of C&C, including but not limited to:

  • Worksheets and workbooks

  • Devotionals and journals

  • Teaching materials

  • Graphics, branding, and design elements

6. Community Guidelines

  • Engage respectfully and thoughtfully

  • Encourage others in a supportive manner

Prohibited Conduct

  • Giving unsolicited advice or attempting to “fix” others

  • Sharing another member’s personal information

  • Harassment, harmful language, or divisive behavior

  • Promoting outside services or businesses without permission

Confidentiality

All personal information shared within the community must remain confidential, except where disclosure is required for safety or legal reasons.

7. Right to Restrict Access

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove content

  • Suspend or terminate user access

  • Restrict participation

This may occur if a user violates these Terms or engages in behavior that disrupts the integrity of the platform. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
